This stretch begins by gripping the penis head with one hand; making an “OK” sign. Once you have a good grip, you stretch and pull outwards, until you experience moderate tension, then hold that tension for about five seconds.
Remember, you do not want to pull to hard, but just enough to feel a slight pressure. As you are holding, use the other hand to apply pressure at the base of the penis, and then move your thumb toward the head as you continue to apply pressure. Finally, move your thumb back to the base and repeat the practice at least ten times.

Ballooning:

Ballooning is a method that encourages growth of the penis by delaying ejaculation. This exercise is done while the penis is in an erect state, and you begin by massaging all areas of the penis, including the shaft, base, and scrotum.

Massaging these areas will promote blood flow, and then you hold ejaculation three times; repeating the process frequently. This exercise can enlarge your penis size by one to three inches, as it stimulates growth in the corpora cavernosa, which are the chamber areas of the erectile tissue.

Pills, Devices, and Surgical Options

Aside from these popular stretches and exercises, there are also plenty of pills, extensive devices, and surgical options for you to choose from if you wish to enlarge your penis.
